Welcome to Smiling Souls with Roshani. By subscribing to our monthly yoga sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Exclusive Women-Only Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Our live sessions and digital groups are exclusively created for women to ensure a private, comfortable, and safe sanctuary. This policy is strictly enforced. Any unauthorized access, misrepresentation, or sharing of group credentials with non-eligible individuals will result in immediate termination of membership with zero refund and potential legal remedies.

2. Health and Injury Liability Disclaimer

Yoga and physical exercise involve inherent risks of physical injury. You are solely responsible for determining your physical fitness and readiness to participate. You should consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness routine. Smiling Souls with Roshani and instructor Roshani assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, or adverse health effect sustained directly or indirectly from practicing during or after our sessions.

3. Safe Space Code of Conduct

Members must maintain strict confidentiality, respect, and cordiality. Recording live sessions, screenshotting member videos, or sharing contact information outside the group is strictly prohibited.
